Current Shipping Times Due to Covid-19
Canadian Orders - We are still seeing a slight delay with Canadian Shipments via Chitchats Express and Canada Post. On average most shipments are taking about 4-5 days longer then their standard shipping time. Please plan accordingly when ordering.
NEW SHIPPING SERVICE - CANADA: We are pleased to offer NEXT DAY Purolator Courier services across Canada (Next day for major cities or located close to a major airpost hub, 2 day for remote locations). Rates are available at checkout.
USA Orders - We are seeing a slight delay with USA Shipments via USPS. Due to the current state of the Government/USPS we are seeing a 1-3 day delay in most shipments (Standard shipping time is 2-4 days). On average most orders are taking 4-5 days to arrive with standard first class tracked mail. Please plan accordingly when ordering.
International Orders/Australia - We are seeing that International shipments are taking longer then usual due to international travel restrictions and closed borders/countries. On average packages are taking 30+ business days to clear customs and arrive to their destination (standard shipping is 22 business days). Please plan accordingly when ordering.

IRELAND Shipping - Please note that we are ONLY offer DHL Express shipping for packages bound to Ireland currently. There is a current situation with Ireland Customs and packages being rejected and returned with regular air mail. When this situation changes, we will update our services.We can not be held liable or responsible if an order does not arrive in time, or there are delays in shipping. All of our adornments and veils are skillfully handcrafted to order in our Toronto studio. Please allow 1-2 weeks of production time for our smaller items (hair pins, small earrings, necklace, back jewelry, bracelets, simple non embellished veils) and 3-4 weeks of production time for our larger more complex items (shoulder jewelry, larger earrings, embellished veils, juliet veils, hair vines, combs and crowns). Swatch packages are also hand made to order and ship out of our studio within 1-2 business days.
Our made to order process ensures that you receive a beautifully crafted item made just for you.
If you require your item rushed due to an upcoming wedding or event, please email us at email@example.com before placing your order to ensure that we can accommodate your rush request. Depending on the item and our production schedule an additional fee may be required to rush your item/s.
We can not be held liable or responsible if we are not informed the need by date at time of ordering. If we do not receive a request for a rush order, we will proceed with production as per our posted timelines. Items can not be returned if they are not received by the wedding or event date if we were not previously informed.

Rush Requests: We know that sometimes it takes awhile to find the perfect accessory and we are honored that you have chosen one of ours. If timelines are tight and you require a rush on your order, please email us at email@example.com prior to purchase. We will make every effort to rush your item/s, however there may be an additional fee required to expedite the process depending on our current production schedule.

Stylists/Photographers - Please note that we ONLY have samples in the colours of the items shown on model available to be pulled. Additional colour options are available for purchase only. On select shoots (for guaranteed print) we may create custom items by request.
