Production Times, Shipping & Returns

Production Times:

All of our beautiful veils & adornments are handmade on a made to order basis. Please allow a 3-4 week turnaround on all items.  You will be notified once your item has been hand crafted, processed and is ready to ship.  Some of our items do have a quicker turn around (hair pins, simple veils, small hair combs) and will ship out as soon as possible. 
Please ensure you provide yourself enough time for the item to be handmade as well as shipped to your destination (approximate shipping times are listed below). 
We do offer rush processing on some items.  If you require your item sooner than our standard 3-4 week lead time, please contact us prior to purchasing and we will make every effort to ensure that you item is handcrafted and shipped as soon as possible. There may be a rush fee of $35.00cad depending on how soon the item needs to be shipped. 


Our beautiful adornments and veils are shipped worldwide via Canada Post (Canada & International) and via USPS (USA) from Brampton Ontario Canada

Shipping Times:
Canada Shipping:  All items shipped throughout Canada are shipped fully insured via Canada Post Expedited shipping.  This shipping method takes approximately 1-5 business days depending on the receivers proximity to Toronto. These packages have tracking.

USA Shipping: All items shipped to the United States are shipped with full insurance via USPS (United States Postal Service) using a third party shipper in Ontario. This shipping methods takes 4 business days for first class (smaller packages) with full insurance and tracking and 3 days for Priority (for veils and larger/heavier items) with full insurance and tracking.  As we use a 3rd party shipper service to ship to the USA, our website is only set up to show Canada Post shipping options.  All packages to the USA are $7cad for First Class and $14cad for Priority.  Please choose the Tracked Packet option at check out from Canada Post and we will refund you the shipping overage once the package has shipped if it applies.

Packages to the USA should not incur duties or taxes as they are shipping directly from the USA (Niagara Falls NY) IF for whatever reason duties/taxes are owed, these are the responsibility of the receiver.  
International Shipping:  All items are shipped international via Canada Post and USPS to certain countries.  We have a few shipping options:
1)  Air Mail Shipping via CANADA POST: This NOT insured nor does it  have tracking. This shipping method takes approximately 6-10 business days.   
2) Tracked Packet via CANADA POST & USPS.  Canada Post will not ship tracked packet to all countries. If you do not see this option at checkout, please message us and we will let you know if we can ship it via USPS as they offer a larger selection of countries for tracked shipping. 
  We HIGHLY recommend for international items that the tracked item is selected at checkout.  We are not responsible for lost items.
Please note that we are NOT responsible for custom duties or taxes incurred.

Please also note that we are NOT responsible should the item become lost in transit.  We highly recommend contacting us first to inquire about tracked shipping through the world.  If you would like tracked shipping we will send you a paypal invoice for the additional shipping charges.  The rates vary from country to country. We would be happy to provide you with the available options and rates.

Given the nature of our products and the value, we HIGHLY recommend choosing a tracked method of shipping if shipping international with insurance.  


We offer returns on items within 7 days of receipt. Unworn and shipped back to us with all tags and labels.  A refund will be provided upon receipt of the item back to our studio.  If the item has shown signs of wear, a refund will not be provide and the item will be shipped back at the buyer's expense.

**Please Note** We do not allow buy and try (purchase 2 or more items of a similar nature and then try on and return one of the items)  All of our items are handmade to order at the time of purchase and take many hours of skilled labour to create just for you.  Please respect that we are artisans and not a retail store with ready made goods.  If we suspect that a *buy and try* transaction has been made and a return is being attempted on one of the items, we will not allow or process the return.  

Cancelled Items: 
If you wish to cancel your order before the item is handmade for you, then you will receive a full refund.
If you have changed your mind on your purchase and wish to cancel your order AFTER the item has been handmade for you, then there will be a 25% restocking fee incurred.  This will be deducted from your refund. 

Non-Refundable/Final Sale:
We can not offer returns on items if they were not ordered in the correct size. Please measure head size, waist size, thigh width and shoulder widths very carefully and accurately upon placing your order.  As these items are made custom to size, we can not return them for customer error.  If an incorrect size was ordered and you would like us to correct it, the item is to be shipped back to our studio at the buyers expense and we will correct the sizing for an additional charge.

Given the nature of where a garter is to be worn, we can not accept returns on garters. They are final sale.
Given the hygenic nature of earrings, we can not accept returns on earrings. They are final sale.
